The Russian state housing-construction system keeps a registry of every building under construction — 13,408 objects nationwide. It shows who is building, what completion date was declared and whether it has moved. Neither the developer nor the bank writes to you about a delay.

FAQ
How do I find out my building's completion was postponed?
Put the object on Monitoring. We re-read the registry and send an alert when the declared completion date changes — often before the developer's own letter.
How is “past due” different from “troubled object”?
Official troubled status is an administrative procedure and lags behind reality. Measured in Moscow: 12 objects are past their declared date while none carries the official flag.
Can I search by the project name?
Yes. A commercial name is present for 93% of objects (measured across Moscow: 548 of 589), and we match on the name, the address and the developer alike. Names are often written half in Latin script, so we match on the word stem: “VernadSKY” finds “Vernadskogo”.
Why is my complex missing from the registry?
The registry only covers buildings sold under the Russian shared-construction law — apartments sold under other schemes and housing co-operatives never appear there. Also check the status: the complex may already be completed, while the default view shows those under construction.
What does the developer profile give me?
The answer to the question people ask before a purchase: how many objects the company is building, in how many regions, how many flats, the nearest and the latest completion date, and whether any are overdue.
