Why look at Premium?
It is a paid Telegram subscription: someone paying for a messenger tends to have more spending power. For expensive products the Premium share is worth knowing in advance.
Will there be phone numbers or emails?
No. Telegram does not expose another member's phone — a platform limit. The export holds open profile fields only.
How is it different from a plain member list?
A plain list answers 'who is here'; this slice answers 'what kind of people are they': profile completeness, Premium, photo.
