Do you parse content from any website?
No, honestly: our content parser works with Telegram — posts, chat messages and comments. For products and listings there are separate sources: Wildberries, Avito, Ozon, 2GIS.
How do I collect only messages on a certain topic?
Enter keywords — the export will contain only messages where they appear. That's how people find customer requests, complaints about competitors and niche discussions.
Do I need to install anything?
No, the content parser runs online in the browser — Windows, macOS and phones all work. The first run is free: up to 100 rows with an Excel export.
