Telegram doesn't expose broadcast-channel subscribers to anyone without admin rights. But a channel has a linked discussion chat — that's where we collect commenters, the most engaged part of the channel's audience. A working and legal workaround.

Why can't I collect channel subscribers directly?
Telegram hides a broadcast channel's subscriber list — it isn't given even to services. Commenters from the discussion chat are a legal, working alternative.
What if the channel has no discussion chat?
Then commenters can't be collected. Check whether a chat is linked to the channel — collection comes from it.
