A company posting job postings for the first time is usually launching something — a new location, a shift, a direction. That is when budget and needs appear that did not exist a month ago. We find such companies in the state job posting registry: we take the whole base and keep those whose earliest open job posting appeared within the chosen period.

FAQ
Where does the data come from?
Russia's state employment portal. Publishing staffing needs is legally required, so the data is disclosed publicly. Phone and email belong to the organisation, not to a person: we do not store the recruiter's name at all.
What does "started hiring for the first time" mean?
That among its currently open job postings, the earliest appeared within the chosen period. The caveat matters: a company that hired a year ago and closed all those job postings will appear again — the registry holds active job postings, not an archive.
How is this different from the "job posting updated within" filter?
That filter is about a single job posting; this one is about the company. A company may post job postings for years and always have a recent record — here only those with nothing before remain.
How many companies are actually in the result?
It depends on period and occupation. Measured 2026-08-29: 3,300 per week without an occupation filter, 202 for "cook", 39 for "welder" — our own numbers, taken across all 529,335 job postings.
Can I monitor it?
Yes — new companies then arrive as alerts instead of a one-off export. Monitoring requires a monthly plan: on a daily plan the subscription ends before the second run, so there would be nothing to compare against.
