Lead generation: intercepting requests from Telegram chats

While you look for clients, they write about their problem themselves — in industry chats, city communities and marketplaces: 'can anyone recommend', 'looking for a contractor', 'who does…'. Lead capture watches for such messages by your keywords and sends them to Telegram as they appear, so you reply first while the person still needs it.

Features

How it works

Pick the chats where your clients sit
Up to 10 chats per feed: industry communities, city marketplaces, residential complex chats. Not sure which — find them by keyword search or in the niche catalog.
Set keywords and stop-words
Keywords are how people phrase a request: 'recommend', 'looking for', 'need'. Stop-words cut off the rest: 'job', 'job posting', 'CV'.
Choose the speed and destination
Real time with your own account, or polling hourly or daily. Leads arrive through our bot to your DMs or your team's chat.
Reply first
Every hit arrives with a link to the original message and its author, so you can write immediately while the task is still live.

FAQ

How is this different from parsing a base?
A base is a list of people you still have to pitch. Lead capture gives you a person at the moment they stated a need themselves. That is not a cold contact but an answer to a question that was actually asked.
Which keywords work?
Phrasings of a request rather than service names: 'recommend', 'looking for', 'need', 'who does', 'how much'. People rarely write 'contractor required' but constantly ask for advice and prices.
Will the feed drown in noise?
Three layers of filtering. Stop-words remove foreign topics, exact-phrase mode narrows the match, and AI checks the meaning — it tells someone looking for a service from someone offering one or looking for a job.
How fast does a lead arrive?
In real-time mode, seconds after publication — the feed listens to the chats with your personal account. Without it, public chats are polled hourly or daily: slower, but nothing to connect.
Why is my account needed for real time?
Only someone who is in a chat can see its messages — a Telegram limit, not ours. You are already in your industry chats, so the feed listens through your account. Forwarding is done by our bot so your account is not loaded.
How much does it cost?
The first run is free — you can test it on your own niche, no card required. After that, plans start at 890 RUB.
