How to track competitor prices, availability and stock on Wildberries
Wildberries has no public sales API. Price and availability dynamics are a working indirect signal of how a competitor trades. Here is how to put products on automatic watch — and, honestly, what changed with the stock-data limit.
What you can really see: prices, availability, stock up to the cap
If a competitor had 80 units yesterday and 55 today, the difference went to buyers (adjusted for restocks). Honest note: since October 2025 Wildberries caps stock data for third-party services at 100 units per item, so deep stock of large listings isn't visible. What remains fully working: price history, out-of-stock / back-in-stock events and stock dynamics within the cap — usually enough to keep a competitor under control.
Step 1. Take a product snapshot
Collect the competitor's or the niche's products: price, rating, availability. This is your baseline — every next run is compared against it.
Step 2. Enable monitoring
Put the task on a schedule. Each run is compared with the previous one, and only changes make the report — new products, changed prices and stock.
Step 3. Get alerts and build history
Changes arrive as Telegram notifications; the accumulated history exports to Excel. In a couple of weeks you have a picture of niche dynamics competitors without such monitoring lack.
